About the 2277 Support Committee

The 2277 Support Committee is comprised of all parents and guardians of the 2277 cadet corps. In other words — you! You are welcome and encouraged to attend the SC Meetings which are held the third Monday of every month at HD Stafford.

The board is currently chaired by Karen Murphy-Corr. She is assisted by other parent volunteers who fill the other board positions. The board is elected at our AGM which is generally held the first week of October. You will receive an email notification if you have signed up to receive them.

The 2277 officers communicate to parents through the SC Meetings, so this is an excellent way to keep informed with upcoming cadet activities, FTXs, ceremonies, summer camps, and more. The Support Committee is responsible for any additional fundraising, planning for ceremonies, among other things. We are a registered non-profit society and entirely volunteer-run.
