How to become a 2277 Seaforth Highlander Cadet

2277 Seaforth Highlanders of Canada accepts applications for new cadets from September until April each year. Typically the best time to join is in September, however new cadets are always welcome.

To join the army cadets, please come visit us at HD Stafford Middle School Gymnasium, 20686 84 Ave Langley on any Monday night during the school year between 6:15pm and 9:00pm. Upon your arrival, please report to the Duty Officer Desk.

​Once you are there, you will be provided with a tour of the Corps facilities and an adult staff member will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the program. Below we have all of the paperwork available in electronic form, please print these forms and bring to the Corps when you drop by. 

To be eligible to join the 2277 army cadets: You must be at least 12 years of age at the time of enrolment, and you must be a Canadian Citizen, or landed immigrant of Canada

Print your own copy and once you have completed filling in the form please bring the document when applying for membership. Please note you maybe requested to fill in further paperwork while at the Corps. Please bring your a photocopy child’s birth certificate and care card so that we can make copies for our files.
